Galvanic tanks

Fibbi Elio is known in the sector for the products it makes for the galvanic, chemical and tanning industries. It makes complete and accessorised tanks, supplied with all the equipment, products that due to their contact with corrosive chemical substances must be made exclusively of plastic material and that depending on the treatment see the presence of filter pumps or blowers, heaters, cathode and anodic barriers, power supplies, electrical panels and extraction hoods. These products allow for the execution of galvanic processes and/or depositions, in extreme safety.

INSTALLATION, START-UP AND MAINTENANCE

Fibbi Elio, for each system created, provides the customer with complete support in which the installation operations, start-up and all maintenance are carried out, which will be performed directly at the company's operational headquarters.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

The company also offers a design that assists the customer in the construction phase of the machinery and that follows the specifications and needs of space and the type of production of the customer. The processes are carried out using the best techniques and machinery available:
  • automatic sectioning machine for cutting pieces,
  • automatic welding machine that performs welding according to certified standards,
  • automatic bending machine for uniform shaping of pieces.

All these services are aimed at obtaining the best production standards, with the customer's guarantee on the choice of the best materials and components mounted on the systems.

The main part of the company's production concerns the creations on specific customer requests, relating to various applications in the chemical, galvanic, goldsmith industries or other sectors with aggressive environments.
