In the work centres, work is carried out exclusively on commission, making available the expertise of specialised technicians and cutting-edge machinery.
All this thanks to:
- a 3-axis pantograph with electrospindle for cutting and engraving plastic and similar material sheets, with maximum dimensions of 3000×1500×50 mm thick;
- Synthesis 3216 pantograph suitable for processing panels and solid wood with a 3200×1600 worktop.
Among the possible processes we find PP flanges with custom-sized holes and Gold grooves, rectangular screens also of circular or square shape, with holes of different diameters or squares.
The company's attention is also focused on raw materials, carefully selected in order to always guarantee the highest quality of the final product, choosing components and equipment mounted on the systems, suitable for optimising performance, increasing reliability and the useful life cycle.
To guarantee the production and final quality of its plants, Fibbi Elio Srl uses specialised and qualified technical personnel and technologically advanced production machinery such as:
automatic sectioning machine for cutting pieces,
automatic welding machine (certified welding according to DVS 2207 standards, with document release),
automatic bending machine for uniform shaping of pieces.
