GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR PRODUCTION OF THE ELECTROPLATING PRODUCTS DIVISION
We design and build, in accordance with customer needs, manual and automatic systems for all types of applications in the galvanic field.
Example of an automatic plant for the production of metal accessories for leather goods, developed on 3 lines of 30 metres each with 9 conveyor carts Productivity: 1 piece-holder bar every 4 minutes
Structure construction: In AISI 316 stainless steel protected with anti-acid electrostatic paint.
Conveyor carriages: dry type and type with fairing for keeping the pieces coming out of the hot baths "wet".
Polypropylene tanks / self-extinguishing polypropylene on request
Tank heating system: with 85° water heat exchangers / and electric reserve
Non-slip fibreglass platforms
